The R180 Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) For The TAL Series Of Industrial Alternators Provides Excitation
Current Up To 6 A With Excellent Reliability For Permanent Magnet (PMG) Or AREP Excitation Types.
The R180 Is A Folly Solid-State Automatic Voltage Regulator Which Is Used For Excitation Of A Brushless Alternator Powered By A Permanent-Magnet Exciter Or By Auxiliary Windings. The R180 Has An Accessory Input, Which Can Be Used As A Remote Potentionmeter Terminal When Connected To A 1 KΩ Potentionmeter Or Takes ± 4.5V DC In Order To Change The Terminal Voltage.
