Avr As440 Automatic Ac Voltage Regulator For Single Phase 3 Phase Diesel Generator

The main function is to stabilize and regulate the voltage of the generator

The AVR provides closed loop control by sensing the alternator output voltage at the main stator windings and adjusting the exciter stator field strenth. Voltage induced in the exciter rotor, rectified by the rotating diodes, magnetises the rotating main field which induces voltage in the main stator windings. A self-excited AVR receives power from the alternator output terminals.

STAMFORD AS440 AVRis used in Stamford Cummins UC224 or UC274 generators. The AS440 offers an optional feature for paralleling with multiple generators.

The Stamford UC22 and UC27 Series alternators are using SX460 or AS440 AVR. A Permanent magnet generator powered excitation system is using MX341 and MX321 AVR.

Warranty:

12 months or 1000 running hours from shipment date. If the quality problem arise during the warranty period, and verified the problem is caused by our genset-body instead of external or natural reasons. (Refer to all kinds of natural disaster, shipping, loading, unloading, wrong-operation, etc), we will supply the relevant spare parts free of charge for maintenance; after the warranty period, we can supply the required spare parts for you under cost prices.
